Drop Shipping FAQs

1. Where are your products stored?

  • We have two locations where we store our products. One on the east coast and one on the west coast. We keep our inventory updated and all of our orders are shipped from the US

2. How long does it take you to ship an order?

  • The vast majority of our orders are shipped within 48 business hours. If we are unable to ship within this time frame we will notify you directly.

3. Will the products be branded with your logo? 

  • We never brand our products available for drop shipping. The only logos your customer will see are the manufacturer logo. Ajai Apparel will not appear anywhere on the product nor the shipping package.

4. Will my customer's know the products are not coming directly from my store? 

  • Your customers will know only if you choose to disclose this information. We ship everything "white box," meaning the package will be delivered in a generic white envelope with the return address listed as "Shipping Department" + a PO Box for our storage facility.

5. What return address will be used on the shipments? 

  • We will use the return address of our storage facility or if you can have your customers ship returns to your own address. The address we use is:

6. Can you add my store's logo/address to shipments for my customers? 

  • At this time we are not offering this feature. However, if you are interested in a more personal feel we can email your customer with using your store's name@shippingdepartment.email
  • For example if your store's name is Rose's Boutique, we can send order details to your customer's email address from RosesBoutique@shippingdepartment.email
  • Please note: this feature is only available as an add-on to the premium plan for an additional $4.95 per month. Please email us if you'd like to enroll in this feature
7. How does your pricing system work? 
  • Your discount percentage is dependent on the plan you choose. The standard plan offers 40% off our prices and the premium plan offers 50% off our prices. You can choose the markup for your store. 
  • For example, if a product is listed in our store for $20, you may sell it for whatever you'd like in your store. If you are enrolled in the premium plan, your dropshipping order will only cost $10 and you keep the remaining profit from your store's markup price!
8. Can I cancel at anytime?
  • Absolutely! We do not make you sign a contract. We only require a 30-day notice if you'd like to terminate your retailer account. We want to provide you with the best service and the best products for the best price. We want you to stay with us because you want to not because you have to! 
9. Do I have to buy any merchandise? 
  • Only if you choose too and we have special rates for wholesale orders. With drop shipping, you only buy what you sell!
10. Where are your products made? 
  • We source our products from all around the world. Some are made right here in the U.S, but we also have products from India, China, Brazil, etc. We don't discriminate when it comes to sourcing our products but we do make sure everything we provide is high quality
11. Can you send me samples? 
  • We don't offer free samples, but you may place an order and walk through the experience of a true customer. Please note, if you order directly from our site as a regular customer we will ship the product to you as a regular customer. If you would like the order blind shipped to you please tell us in a message to CustomerService@AjaiApparel.com (be sure to include your order number).
