1. Do you have a physical storefront?
Ajai Apparel is an e-commerce store and we wish to remain that way. We store our clothing in a clean, climate-controlled facility. As an e-commerce store, we don't have to worry about the typical bills/"overhead" of brick and mortar locations. Since we don't have to pay these extra expenses, we pass along the savings to our customers!
2. What shipping methods do you use?
We prefer to use USPS for shipping but if you need rush shipping or a different carrier, just let us know. We want to make you happy!
3. After I've made my purchase, how long will it be until the order is shipped?
Typically orders placed before 3 pm EST are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm EST and on the weekends are shipped the next business day. If there is ever a reason your order will not be shipped in a timely fashion (2 business days) we will contact you.
4. Do you accept returns?
Absolutely! Part of our mission at Ajai Apparel is to make our customers happy. Orders are eligible for return and a full refund up to 14 days after the product delivery date. Returned items must in new, unused condition to be eligible for the full refund. For example, if the USPS tracking says your product was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 14th to return your item for a full refund. After that, if your item is still in new, unused condition you may return your item and we may allow an exchange up to the full purchase price.
